Cody Hamilton

Cody Hamilton is an Austin-based photographer who we have had on our list to feature for some time now. Today we thought to ourselves, “What’s holding us back? Why haven’t we shared this creative talent with our readers?” We couldn’t come up with a reasonable answer, so we’re sorry. Without further ado…

Cody Hamilton has been described as “a cross between photographer, re-toucher, illustrator, and creative genius,” which is fair to say. Cody’s portfolio is genre straddling, and his technique is incredible. Cody often uses the camera as a tool to help compose a larger illustration, but he is also a highly capable photographer, and he can produce shot after shot that stands up on their own merit.

We think the key to Cody’s success is his ability to think outside the box. He obviously approaches each project with a fresh eye and a willingness to try new techniques. A quick look through his portfolio will confirm the creativity and skill that this photographer brings to each project.
